The daughter of technology billionaire businessman Elon Musk has applied for a legal change of name and gender. She also says that she no longer wants to have any relationship with her father.

 Elon's daughter is 18 years old and she wants to be known as a woman and be called Vivian Gina Wilson.

 She was formerly known as Xavier Alexander Musk. Her application for a new birth certificate and name change has been filed in the Los Angeles County High Court in Santa Monica.

 His petition was filed in April, which has now come to light.

 No further details were released on the apparent disagreement between Elon Musk and his daughter.

 Elon Musk, founder of SpaceX, a rocket maker along with Tesla, has not yet commented on the report.

 Musk married Vivian's mother, author Justin Wilson, in 2000, and they divorced in 2008.

 The couple gave birth to a son, Noida, in 2002, but they died suddenly ten weeks after birth.

They later gave birth to twin sons, Xavier and Griffin, and together they became the parents of three sons, Damian, Kai and Season.

 Despite his father's fame, Elon Musk's children are rarely seen in public.

 Just three days before Father's Day, Elon Musk tweeted, "I love all my kids."

Elon has not yet commented on the daughter's decision to sever ties with the father.

 Elon Musk is considered a bit conservative about eunuchs.

 He had announced his support for the Republican Party a month before his daughter's petition for name and gender was filed in court, but before that he had voted for the Democrats.

 He also said that Republican Gov. Ron Descent of Florida, who introduced the so-called "Don't Say Gay" bill, is a fan of Musk.

 The controversial law barred schools from educating children about gender issues and sexual orientation.

 It was also said that teachers who do not comply will face legal action.
